About us

My name is Becky and I am the owner/baker at M&M's Kitchen.

We specialise in gluten, dairy and sugar free dog cakes and bakes. It started after a trip to America, we noticed in pet stores the commercial range and then a home baked range, and what a difference it was.

Commercial food has additivies, preservatives and ingredients I’ve never even heard of, but the home baked range had less then 5 ingrdients, so we brought some back to the UK to our 2 Staffies.

Normally Treats upsets our dog's digestion, especially our girl dog whom has many allergies, but these did nothing, not a funny smell in the room.. So I began to search around pet shops back in the UK and there was nothing available, only bulk commercial treats, this then sent me on a mission to research what dogs really need in a diet and what they can live without, this is when I come across a list of bad foods for dogs and on that list was sugar, dairy and gluten.

Yet again there was nothing out there to cater for these intolerances, so after a few trial and errors I put some recipes together and had a lot of good feedback from friend, family, craft fairs etc. Then I decided to start up my small business to make my treats available to all dog owners. Then there was just one important thing left to do, give my business a name, and because this all started because of my 2 Staffies Milo and Maisie, how could I not involve them, so then came M&M's Kitchen..

All of our cakes and bakes are free from any animal by products.

"My dogs loved the treats as always & I will be ordering some more shortly. The shiny ribbon on the packaging was a lovely touch so near to Christmas"

"Mia this morning even ate her anti biotic tablet with the treat and didnt spit out the tablet like she normally does with other treats such as cheese etc. Then she sat there next to the cupboard looking at me with puppy dog eyes guarding them and wanting more! Shes never done that with other treats before!"
