By placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Payment: We use PayPal and debit/credit card payments shown on the site. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.
Security: When you place an order we require your name, address and email address so that we can update you on the status of your order. We will never pass any of your details to another company. From time to time we may like to contact you at the email address supplied to tell you about products and promotions. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing emails from us in the future.
Placing and Order: Once your order has been placed it is considered to be a confirmed contract between you and M&M's Kitchen. You may cancel your complete order without reason up to 24 hours after you have placed the order unless it is a personalised and/or if the making of the goods has already begun, and/or M&M's Kitchen have already dispatched your goods.
Copyright & Intellectual Property: All copyright, trademarks and any other intellectual property rights displayed in the website such as website content and all the designs of bakery & confectionery treats are owned by or licensed to M&M's Kitchen. These intellectual property rights also include: website design, text, graphics, photographs, software, source codes which are connected with this site. None of the content of this site or bakery and confectionery designs may be copied, downloaded, sold or distributed without the prior written consent from ‘M&M's Kitchen’, the copyright holder.
All Payments are taken via PayPal, if you don’t have a PayPal account, then continue by clicking I don’t have a PayPal account and then enter your card details.
Postage and Delivery:
All orders are sent out by 1st class Royal Mail. Our current postage and packaging costs are based around Royal Mail's current tariff. M&M's Kitchen postage costs start at £3.99

IMPORTANT:
Not all our treats will fit through a letterbox, so someone at the delivery address will have to accept the parcel from the postman or delivery driver. Please make necessary arrangements to accept the parcel. We must be informed in writing prior to despatch of alternative delivery instructions, if they are necessary. If you are not able to accept delivery of the parcel when the goods are delivered, you are responsible for collection from the depot holding the goods or make payment for any additional delivery arrangements. We cannot accept any liability for non-delivery of goods or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. We accept no responsibility or liability for products damaged in adverse weather conditions.
Returning an Item
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 3 days of receipt. Please email us before returning the item giving details of your name, address and the reason for the return. The item must be in the original packaging and must not have been damaged in any way. If you have requested a refund this will be issued upon receipt, excluding the postage cost.
Refunds can only be processed back to the method of payment originally issued to purchase.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item or we have sent you the wrong item in error please contact M&M's Kitchen within 3 days of receiving the item/s and we will provide you with a return address. Please send back in its original packaging and once we receive it you will receive a full refund including posting cost. We aim to process your refund within 5 days of receiving the item back.
Please note all personalised items are non-returnable unless it has been discussed and agreed by M&M's Kitchen.
